OGŁOSZENIA / ANNOUNCEMENTS

FATHER RICH REPORTS:
Niech Bedzie Pochwalony Jezus Chrystus!  Na wieki wiekow!

This Fourth Sunday of Lent is often called “Gaudete Sunday” which means “Rejoice” as we have passed the halfway point of Lent. Often lighter rose vestments are used as well as flowers are permitted on the altar. The Gospel tells us of the encounter that Jesus had with the blind man. Also the topic of Christ being our light is heard in St. Paul’s letter. We are reminded that we are called to be Children of the Light as we follow Christ Our Light.

We had a small fridge for the Sala that was donated to us by non-parishioner friends who will receive a thank you letter from the parish.

I want to extend condolences to Janina MacCormack who learned that her mother Aniela Lubkowska passed away in Poland.  Niechaj Swiatlosc Wiekuista Jej Swieci na wieki wiekow. Amen.

PREP Cathechism classes today after Mass as well as Stations of the Cross for PREP students.

POLISH FOLKLORE WORKSHOP: will be held today in Sala 1050. All are welcome.

FINANCE COMMITTEE and PROPERTIES COMMITTEE will meet after Mass today.

ST. MICHAEL'S POLISH BENEFIT SOCIETY will meet this evening at 7:00 pm at the Polish Village Hall.

HERITAGE PILGRIMAGE TOUR TO POLAND & UKRAINE 2017: Meeting today, Sunday, March 26th at 2 p.m. in Sala 1050

DURING LENT: On Wednesdays, Lenten Lamentations (Gorzkie Zale) will be sung in English after Mass. Every Friday at 6:00 pm before Mass, there will be Way of the Cross devotions.

VIDEO SERIES: On Thursday, our video series will continue on CATHOLICISM at 7 pm in Sala 1050. All are welcome to come and deepen our understanding of the faith.
