OGŁOSZENIA/ANNOUNCEMENTS

THE VIGIL CANDLE for the weeks beginning June 25th and July 2nd will be in memory of Steve and Anne Dziubek, by Joe Dziubek.

DZIĘKUJEMY/THANK YOU: Our parish recently welcomed many visitors for special occasions, and thanks are in order to a number of parishioners: CORPUS CHRISTI: Thank you to the Liturgical Committee -- Jean-Annette White (Chair), Ursula Melski, Lynette Ryba, Elaine Tynski-Shipley, Teresa Fagan, and Paul Tynski. Thanks to Father Paul for the inspiring homily, to the choir, under the direction of Mary Pierrynowski, for the beautiful special hymns that were sung for the occasion, and to our Welcoming Committee coordinators, Carolyn Kiley and Marjorie Ardelli. HERITAGE DELEGATES: On June 15, delegates attending the Nova Scotia Heritage Conference were at our church for a tour and an excellent Polish lunch, paid for by the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. The delegates filled out feedback forms and were unanimously impressed with our church and the kindness of our members. Thank you to Peggy Ryba and her team -- Jancia MacCormack, Janice Melski, Catherine Tucker, Marilyn Gillis, Joe Gillis, Nellie Tynski and Francie MacQueen. Appreciation is also extended to Paul Tynski, as well as Marilyn and Joe, The McKays and Elaine Tynski-Shipley, for a well-researched guided tour and for preparing an informative display of artifacts.
